AIMS has contracts with both organizations to assess their published evaluation reports. AIMS is currently on its 3rd framework agreement with UNFPA, and Associates have just completed their 3rd contract with UNODC. In addition to conducting EQAs for each evaluation report, the scope includes revisions to EQA templates and producing synthesis reports with recommendations. The respective Evaluation Offices submit the reports to AIMS and provide feedback on the deliverables. AIMS is responsible for assessing each report according to the EQA templates, providing draft and final reports (including on the UN-SWAP criteria), and data visualization of overall results. There is no third-party engagement.
