World Food Programme (WFP) is supporting the efforts of the Government of Colombia (GOC) to provide nutritional food sources for vulnerable Venezuelan minors, returned Colombian minors and host communities through a school feeding strategy. DeftEdge is launching the evaluation of this program. This evaluation is expected to strengthen the National School Feeding Program through new methodologies and / or strategies that will be tested and transferred to the Government of Colombia.

The evaluation will include three components (with specific data and analysis by sex, age and humanitarian protection):

a) Nutritious food for migrant children and adolescents not targeted in the national food program;

b) Strengthening capacities of national and local institutions to ensure that the school feeding program for migrants is inclusive, transparent, efficient (including community-based models);

c) Community integration and prevention of xenophobia, violence and discrimination.

Look out for more information as this important evaluation progresses!
